We accept American Express, Discover, MasterCard, Visa credit cards and PayPal.  The security of your account numbers is assured.  See our Privacy and Security information.  All prices and payments are in U.S dollars.  If you have credits posted to your account, they will be applied to your order before we calculate the total due.  Credits are not redeemable for cash.

COMMUNICATIONS BY EMAIL
We will communicate with email to inform you of your order status.  Such communications may include when an order is received, when an order is shipped and when an order is delivered.  Additionally, if you indicate a desire to be notified of future specials we will send periodic emails.

RETURNS POLICY
Damage: If, upon receipt, you find that your order is damaged, please contact our customer service department immediately, by contacting us at shoppersutopia1@yahoo.com . Any damage must be reported within three (3) days of delivery. No allowances or credits will be given after this period.We want you to be absolutely satisfied with your purchase! So if any product does not meet your expectations, we will issue you an exchange or a refund, provided the following conditions have been met:
1) All returned non-defective merchandise must be in original purchase condition with the original packaging intact and include the original receipt/invoice/packing slip. All returns that are eligible for credit are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
2) Shoppers Utopia will issue credit upon approval and receipt of returned merchandise. Customer must email us at: shoppersutopia@yahoo.com, to obtain return instructions before sending your return package. Once we have received your returned package we will exchange your gift basket or refund your credit card the full amount of the items returned, less the shipping cost, which unfortunately we cannot recover.  Shipping charges are refundable only if we made an error in the original order.  No allowances, refunds, credits, exchanges or other adjustments may be made for items unless you contact us within three (3) days from receipt of your order.
